What’s an ASQ Award?
Recently our customer, Fort McMurray International Airport (YMM) was recognized by Airports Council International (ACI) World with a 2018 Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Award which in part includes AIRPORT TERMINAL CLEANLINESS. YMM received top honour for Canada and joins one other Airport in the USA as North America’s best Airports for customer experience, serving under 2-million passengers annually.

Airport Service Quality (ASQ) involves a world-renowned bench marking program conducted at 376 airports across 90 countries worldwide by Airports Council International (ACI) World. The ASQ program uses a meticulous methodology, quality control and impartiality, making it the gold standard for measuring customer passenger satisfaction.

It’s quite an honour for BGC to be associated with YMM’s ASQ Award. It means we are doing our part well at one of the busiest international regional airports in North America. Congratulations to YMM on your ASQ Award!
